Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant
Found this place through a search on my PS3 browser. Never got the food, so I cannot comment on it. I do NOT recommend the place.
Here are the reasons for making it on Mr. Big’s naughty list:
1. Lady taking order was rude; this can normally be forgiven, it is Chinese take-out.
2. Food did not arrive for 1 and half hours, called many times and told “10 mo minute. Fast this time.”
3. Even after cancelling order, an Asian fellow decided to stop by with food and BEG us to pay him.
4. They still charged my credit card, even though we cancelled order.
If we were not so hungry, this would of been a funny experience. The Asian fellow that came to our door was crying poor, saying this boss would take it from his pay. Meanwhile he was decked out in new Lacoste gear and driving a new 5-series BMW! Poor guy.
Two thumbs down from Mr. Big!

Its bad enough we have to wait 40 to 50 minutes for take out, but nearly 2 hours is unacceptable. Also, their machine did not work with the credit card provided so we said method of payment was cash but they proceeded to charge the credit card anyway and had we accepted the food we would have given cash as well not knowing the credit card was charged. I would never recommend Chopsticks to anyone!
