The lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional, the food was reasonably priced but was delivered at least an hour after the estimated time. Its bad enough we have to wait 40 to 50 minutes for take out, but nearly 2 hours is unacceptable. Also, their machine did not work with the credit card provided so we said method of payment was cash but they proceeded to charge the credit card anyway and had we accepted the food we would have given cash as well not knowing the credit card was charged.
